Mrs. Cyr's 8th Grade

March has been a busy month for the 8th graders. They've interviewed various people regarding their topics and had a few guest speakers, Alicia Conn and Dick Pickett, come talk to their class about changing policy and how government works at the local level. The students wrapped up their trimester by presenting their completed portfolios to the 7th graders last week. They'll be presenting their portfolios to their stakeholders this week.

Houdini's Magic

After reading the biography of Harry Houdini, many students in Mr Tacheny's class wrote their own Houdini reports. Some fourth graders also participated in a class magic show.

UNO Rocks!

Ms. Rines' 4th grade class has been competing in a March Madness UNO Tournament! Way to go winners!

Second graders recently finished their unit on Westward Expansion. We celebrated by making our own covered wagons and creating a paper quilt to put on display in the hall!
