Franklin Savings Bank donated to our food banks at DHS and TWKDMS. |
DDF (Dixfield Discount Fuel) donated at all three schools! |
DDF works on providing Christmas gifts for so many students in our schools as well as other schools in the area. The generosity of our community businesses is amazing. At Dirigo High School, donations that came through DDF were from Towles, Sam's Italian, Mimi's, Walmart, Ellis Variety, Dollar Tree, Hannaford, McDonalds, Dunkin, and Irving. |
DDF Toy Drive fulfilled the holiday wishes of 15 students, provided DMS with $1,200 worth of gift cards to distribute, added prizes to our prize drawers, restocked our personal hygiene supplies, and donated loads of snacks to our food pantry. |
The girls and boys basketball teams supported DDF on 12/9/25. Toys were collected in lieu of admission cost. All admission money was donated to DDF. |

Geography at TWKDMS by Abby Wood |
In Geography class we were comparing cultural geography topics. Students compared the geography of the NorthEastern United States with NorthEastern Asia (Japan). Students learned about the different cultures and found similarities and differences between the two. On the last day of the unit students tried different Japanese snacks along with the Japanese art of Origami. The snacks were all consumed, not as much success was had with Origami. |

Both the Middle School and High School choirs sounded amazing! |

Ms. Rines' 4th graders have been learning about what life in the Middle Ages was like. Students wrote a five paragraph essay putting themselves into the shoes of someone from the Middle Ages. They all did an amazing job working hard and being creative on this project! |

Central Office with 100% participation all week! But....
We tried to take the bobblehead. Santa would not allow it. Santa says TWKDMS wins with 98.67% participation because "Central Office is too small to compete on their own." |
